SCIHRA is committed to promoting the human resource profession and the competencies of all human resource professionals in the South Central Indiana area. Membership in SCIHRA is open to all individuals with a professional interest in Human Resources. Our chapter has three levels of membership (gold, silver, and student) to adapt to diverse needs. The chapter encourages members in preparing for the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification examination offered by the Human Resource Certification Institute. We have partnered with The Human Equation (aka HRTutor.com), a leading provider of web-based training to the HR marketplace to help our members develop their HR knowledge as well as earning up to 31.5 credits that are HRCI approved for PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification.
