Schofield's Adult Day Health Care Program provides a middle road between living independently and living in a nursing facility. Located at 190 Fulton Street in Buffalo, NY, the award-winning program provides health services for people living in the community aimed at maintaining or improving their everyday functioning. The Adult Day Health Care Program is the largest in upstate NY and the only local program open 6 days a week and two sessions a day. Able to serve all home health needs, Schofield's experienced Home Health Care teams are dedicated to providing high quality, cost effective home care services. We offer certified home health care as well as licensed home care in Erie and Niagara counties of NY. Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
