Our 35 Independent Apartments provide independent living in a supportive community atmosphere, Residential apartment living combines the pleasure of independent living with a sense of security found only in a supportive community committed to serving seniors. 26 single private rooms and 2 suites in our Westview assisted Living facility are designed to support residents who should no longer live alone but do not require full-time skilled nursing care. Residents are encouraged to personalize their space with furnishing from home. Westview is licensed by the State of Wisconsin as Community Based Residential Facility. The skilled nursing facility is comprised of 50 private rooms on two floors with 24-hour per day skilled nursing care. The skilled nursing facility or Health Center, provides residents with a compassionate, loving nursing home setting licensed through the State of Wisconsin and is fully approved with Medicare certification. We strive to provide an environment which promotes healthy minds and bodies, including physical, emotional and spiritual well being for the Schmitt Woodland Hills family.
