Sardelis, opened the flagship Sardi’s Pollo A La Brasa in Beltsville, Maryland, where it continues to thrive and serve as the model of outstanding high-quality food and outstanding service that perfectly portrays the Sardelis’ family dream. The continued growth of the family business has been fueled by the demand from our guests. This has led to great expansion including multiple openings of locations of the Sardi’s concept, the introduction of full-service restaurants, off-site catering, and an on-site, beautiful venue at the Brookeville Farms in Olney, Maryland.
