SAR Katwijk is a annual Search and Rescue Event which is organized by Lifeguard Katwijk (in Dutch: Katwijkse Reddings Brigade ... , KRB) located in Katwijk, The Netherlands. During this event all kinds of Search and Rescue operations are showed to the public. Among last years and former participants are organizations like Dutch Airforce (AB-412), Dutch Navy, Dutch Coastguard (Dornier 228-212), Belgium Airforce (Sea King), German Navy (Sea King), Polish Navy (PZL w-3 Sokòl), US Navy, Dutch Medical Air Assistance (Eurocopter EC135), Bristow (Sikorsky S-92), NHV (Airbus EC155B1), KNRM, ambulance, police and fire department.
