Such traveler (Su ... bscriber) can be of any nationality, not just a Haitian expat or diaspora. The Travel Care Plan makes available to Subscriber access to a continuum of acute medical services, if- and when- an acute, unfortunate medical event arises while in Haiti--trauma or medical emergency.
