Woods Capital has expended more than $43 million on the building’s complete curb-to-core renovation of all common areas and building systems. Developed by the highly-regarded Dallas-based Hunt family, Santander Tower was built in 1982 on the site of the historic Palace Theatre. Today, it is the premier office address in Dallas.
