HEALTHY LIVING At the Y, we believe that being healthy means more than simply being physically active. It is about maintaining a balanced spirit, mind and body. More than 6,000 of us made the Y an important part of improving our lives. 11 cancer survivors improved strength and quality of life in our free Partners in Recovery Program. 75 American Red Cross CPR certifications and 30 American Red Cross certifications were awarded. SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY At the Y, we believe we have something special-a sense of community– and that everyone should have access to it.
