Jesus focused His life on meeting the spiritual needs of people. His life was lived for others. And in the supreme and crowning act of God’s grace, Jesus willingly died on the cross for the sins of the world, shedding His blood to make possible our forgiveness. As a body of believers committed to using the inspired Word of God as its divine textbook for life. We simply want to follow the Bible–not add to it or take anything away from it. As such, we want to be just Christians, nothing more, and nothing less than what we can read in the Bible. Our Mission The Sanford Church of Christ exists because we want to introduce people to Jesus. Romans 10:14 says, “How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard. And how shall they hear without a preacher?” Our purpose is to go and tell! People Who Praise & Fellowship At the Sanford Church of Christ, we feel it is important to come together for an uplifting time of worship. We meet every Lord’s day to grow closer to God through singing, prayer, lessons from God’s Word and remembering Jesus’ death and resurrection by partaking of the Lord’s Supper.
