A collection of three restaurants and bars in Central London, specialising in all things Spanish and Italian, with a focus on ... charcuterie, cheese, small dishes and exceptional wines. Salt Yard Group comprises Dehesa and Ember Yard in Soho, and Salt Yard just a short stroll away in Fitzrovia. They are all however, different in decor-style, atmosphere and menu.
