Our Company was founded in 1993 as a joint venture with the German company Rhenania, a subsidiary of Altana. The coil and packaging coatings activities of Salchi S.p.A. are transferred into the newly established Salchi Rhenacoat. In 2004 Rhenania sells its shares to the Italian partner, which is renamed Salchi Metalcoat. Today Salchi Metalcoat's installed capacity of the production exceeds 30.000 tons per year, and the Company has a team of over 180 employees.
