As an Agent selling Long Distance Voice services for corpTEL/AAPT, RSL.Com & Primus Telecom. 1999: Early in 1999, Jeff Marshall, brought in Matthew D'Astoli and other shareholders to form Saise Pty Ltd, which was registered with its Head Office in Burwood, Victoria. A Telecom billing relationship was established with 'Objectiveware' (which later became The Billing Bureau, which is owned by "billing guru" David Werdiger). Growth: Agency Business: Saise secured a number of major accounts for Primus Telecom. Service Provider (Long Distance Voice): Saise secured further wholesale supply relationships with Optus & OneTEL for Fixed Voice service. Consulting Services: Saise provided Telecommunications consulting services to Davnet (NTT Telecom) and Bob Jane Telecommunications. Saise opened an office in Melbourne CBD at 50 Queen Street in 1999. 2001: Telstra: In August 2001, they secured a wholesale agreement with Telstra, for the supply of voice, data & internet services. This agreement also included the "ground-breaking" and "industry - first" LOLO contract. This contract signed by Saise with Telstra, was the first LOLO contract signed by Telstra with any other telecommunications provider in Australia. This provided Saise with a significant industry advantage, now being able to provision voice services within only a few days, using Telstra's new online provisioning system. Request DSL wholesale agreement signed 2003: Negotiated the Telstra wholesale mobile contract.
