Rocksalt's ethos is built around seasonality, locality and simplicity, allowing the best produce available to us from around the South Kent Coast to shine through. The heart and soul of Rocksalt are it's menus, served both in the main restaurant and in the bar on the 1st floor, both of which are complete with their own sun drenched terraced areas for the Summer months. We take time and effort to source our ingredients as locally as possible: from the day boats working along the South Coast to the local farms set in the rolling Kent Countryside, our focus is always on provenance. Our A La Carte menu changes seasonally, showcasing everything from the freshest fish to the best quality meat. Our lunch menu runs Monday to Friday and changes weekly, catering to all tastes. On Sundays it's all about the traditional Roast with a selection of locally reared meats and a Roast Fish of the Day. Family is something that is really important to us and we welcome children of all ages, offering under 10's there very own 3 course menu. We can cater for most dietary needs so please let us know in advance if you have any special requirements. Located directly opposite the restaurant are the Rocksalt Rooms, four boutique bolt-holes designed for the perfect nights stay after your meal.
