Our Supply Chain organization has developed a world class supply chain co-op program and we are always seeking to fill the next term's position. Typical co-op positions run from January-August or June-December. Our co-ops get hands on experience on day to day experiences a professional would face in the real world. Alongside their daily roles and responsibilities, each co-op will get to lead a project from start to finish as they work directly with the many facets of our supply chain organization. We do our best to groom each co-op with lifetime experiences that will prepare them for the after college life in the supply chain world but we also focus on the little things: how to give presentations to business leaders, effective communication skills, large scale data analysis, situational leadership and crucial conversations.
