Nick is very much a ‘hands on’ director and maintains client relationships going back over many years. It is Nick’s drive, passion and ambition that shapes the business and ensures its success in a tough marketplace. RI’s Commercial Director is Matt Hanlan. Matt has a broad and extensive range of experience over many years’ encompassing both commercial and construction management. He works closely with Nick, heading up the commercial team to ensure that all commercial aspects are responsibly managed, this means continued progression for the company at a steady and established pace. The day to day operational management of our sites is carried out by our Operations Director, John Mossman, who has extensive experience within the industry and like our MD, has a 'hands on' approach and maintains close connections with all our sites. Our Health, Safety & Environmental Manager, Mark Simpson, has over 28 years experience within Health & Safety management roles in the Construction Industry. He is a member of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (TechIOSH) and also a member of the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management (AIIRSM). We have achieved certification with Chas, Contructionline and the Considerate Constructors Scheme’s and hold ISO Certifications 9001, 14001 and 18001.
