Partners had different ideas on business direction and went separate ways a year later with Greg Burnett retaining 100% ownership. RG Technology once relied on an older model of servicing clients similar to a firehouse - i.e., if a client's computer, printer or network was not working, a service appointment was made and a repair was made. It took approximately three years to break from this mode of operation and move into a managed information technology services direction. In 2013 the company took the directive to dive in and give back to its community. Management of hardware and software appears to always be a way to job security, but it didn't feel like they were truly "servicing" their community. So, the founder set out on a mission - figure out the biggest divide, the biggest piece out of reach of the everyday user and fulfill it.
