Our Home & Community-Based Services are focused on helping individuals stay in their personal homes with quality home-based therapy and treatment rather than moving to a Group Home for care. Our Group Homes offer individuals with IDD a more personal home-like family setting. Each resident has their own bedroom with no more than three to four individuals per house, supported by 24/7 care.
