In 2006 Relay was acquired by The Denholm Group and is now an integral part of Denholm Energy Services which has operations in the Caspian, Middle East, UK and USA. Relay continues to provide mechanical, electrical and constructive engineering solutions to the marine, oil and gas sectors. We have branches in the UK and Middle East, and a subsidiary company, Relay Zholdas in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Relay employs over 300 personnel, with skilled individuals in the mechanical and electrical trades. Our teams are flexible and multi-skilled allowing rapid deployment worldwide.
