This takes place through regional property companies in which Reitan Eiendom AS has various ownership stakes. These companies have a geographical distribution that mostly is in line with the regional organisation of Rema 1000. In 2006, Reitan Eiendom participated in establishing a company called NHP AS. This objective of this company is to develop business parks, at which Rema will be one of the main tenants. Reitan Eiendom also has ownership interests in other property ventures.
