RealTek Holdings, LLC was formed to serve as a technology-driven real estate holding company that is focused on acquiring and ... integrating other brokerages and real estate software companies under one house with multiple brands. The brokerage aspect of RealTek Holdings will be composed of companies that operate in all three brokerage categories: (i) company-owned, (ii) franchise-based and (iii) transaction-based. With RealTek's model, these brokerages will be able to maintain their own branding and identity, as well as the commission and operational structure they currently employ. RealTek's mission is to build a house of brands – rather than a branded house. This is important because it allows broker/owners to keep their brand, maintain their customer relationships and retain their Realtors. RealTek will simply elevate their business by providing enhanced tools and systems they generally don't offer their agents. The second pillar of RealTek's strategy is the acquisition of SaaS (software as a service) companies that provide a complete suite of SaaS-based technology to Realtors. In this regard, RealTek remains focused on lead generation, transaction management and client relationship management systems, as well as other offerings that will make RealTek Holding's entire house of brands more efficient and productive.
