PUNCH Torino, in the Cittadella Politecnica, continuously works on a new generation of fuel efficient diesel engines and cont ... rols and new advanced propulsion systems. Nineteen test benches, twelve laboratories, a roller bench and 2 workshop areas make PUNCH Torino a showpiece for the study on propulsion systems. The Center was established in 2005 with 80 employees. In September 2008 it moved into its new Politecnico facility. The Engineering Center now employees around 700 people.
