The Public Contract Law Journal is published by the Section of Public Contract Law of the American Bar Association as a servi ... ce to its members and associate members, and for the benefit of lawyers and laypersons involved in the practice of public contract and grant law at the federal, state, and international levels of government. With the assistance of the GW Law Chapter of the PCLJ, led by the student editorial board, and receiving support from its student members, the PCLJ has become a focal point in the legal community for the examination of timely legal issues confronting the public contract community.
