Small Claims Analysis Net project was co-funded by European Union's Justice Programme (2014-2020). Small Claims Analysis Net ... aims improving the European Small Claims Procedure, introduced by EC Regulation 2007/861, in terms of legal certainty, language barriers and transparency of proceedings. The state of knowledge on the implementation of ESCP must be extended by gathering feedback from legal practitioners. That's why the projhect aims at facilitating harmonized procedures in implementing the regulation by identifying best practises, in order to raise citizens’ awareness of the difficulties encountered in the use of ESCP. Furthermore the project partners will list the training needs for judges in order to improve its implementation and they will also foster practical solutions to the analysis of policy and objectives, taking into account the highlighted gaps and flaws behind the planned targets, in order to encourage the Europe-wide knowledge and adoption of ESCP. read more
