As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) for over 20 years, PHSC is an organization involved in community based holistic healthcare and has expanded its provision of services to include Ouachita, Morehouse and Lincoln Parishes. PHSC is recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH).
