Our core business is the wet and dry berthing of leisure craft and our marinas provide a total of over 5,000 marina pontoon berths. We also provide storage ashore for up to 2,000 boats and operate boat lifting and boat moving services at all of our marinas. We offer over 480,000 sq m of commercial property across our marina sites. Our tenants are critical to the services provided at each marina and are important partners for us. They provide complementary services such as food and beverage, marine chandlery, boat maintenance and repair, boat sales and brokerage and sail making.
