Premier has provided emergency and non-emergency ambulance service for over eleven years throughout Orange County and Los Angeles County. Our business has very little to do with our ambulances, equipment or gurneys. It has everything to do with the people providing care and interacting with patients and their families. Premier Ambulance selects its management team and field employees with this in mind. The best equipment in the world will not be useful in providing exceptional medical transportation services if the ambulances are not efficiently deployed or EMTs, Paramedics, RN’s and RT’s are not adequately trained.
