PQH Holding SA (PQH) was founded in 2000 by Maurice Pasquier when acquiring his first affiliated company based in Broc (Switz ... erland) today known as Plaspaq SA. In 2008, PQH entered into the capital of Mestel RSS, a company based in Sant'Olcese, near Genova (Italy), specialised in manufacturing rubber components for the watch industry. In 2011, PQH took a stake in the SPG Group (Swiss Promo Group), active in the field of promotional objects and textiles and acquired Cetec Automation SA, a company specialised in industrial automation.
