We bring this best practice to our projects to establish a common set of protocols which are in line with national standards and can benefit from the experience and feedback from the wider industry. We are using BIM platforms on many projects and have recently developed two major acute hospital projects to Level 2 4D fully collaborative BIM project in which BIM data is being used directly for off-site prefabrication. With our Head of BIM Andrew Beadle, we have developed our own systems and procedures to enable our expansion of BIM and embrace BIM from the inception of the project.
