INDUSTRY RECOGNITION We are an audited member of the Scaffolding Association and hold SSiP accreditations including: CHAS, Constructionline Gold, Safe Contractor, Acclaim Accredited, Premium member of Builders Profile. SAFETY Safety is an absolute priority and Portway operations are fully compliant with the latest Health & Safety legislation with regard to scaffolding and access. PPE includes safety helmet with 4-point harness, hi-visibility clothing, cleated lace up safety boots, safety gloves, full body safety harness with twin fall arrest lanyard for use during all scaffolding operations and 1.0m fall restraint fixed lanyards (MEWP only), IKAR inertia rescue reels (working on open areas), and tool tethers. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS All our scaffolding staff are CISRS qualified. Levels ranging from trainee through to advanced scaffolders and are directly employed under PAYE.
