Established in 1988 and now with over 500 members, we are a friendly, social club which warmly welcomes members of all levels ... . Whether you’re a complete novice (don’t own a bike, swim with armbands, run at snail’s pace), an experienced, elite athlete (your bike cost more than your car, swim round the Isle of Wight for fun, think ultras are too short) or somewhere in between, you can join us. Various Training sessions, both coached and informal, are offered throughout the year in all three disciplines, as well as low-key practice events including transition training and mini-races. Many training sessions turn into socials, especially our amazing, twice-weekly, summer sea swimming sessions with tea, cake and chat afterwards at the beach hut.
