PPI has been providing security patrols in Portland’s downtown Business Improvement District since 1997. Our partnership with the Portland Business Alliance (Downtown Clean & Safe) and the Portland Police Bureau is a unique program aimed at livability complaints and problems on the downtown sidewalks and public spaces.
