As they completed their installation and customization assignments, it seemed, at times, they were creating administrative and management burdens rather than making work easier to do. More importantly, they felt they were not solving the client’s real problems. Over time, the conversation grew into an idea that this small group of technology experts could find a way to solve problems without making business harder to manage. In 2011, that idea, a tiny pixel in an ocean of ideas, became Pixentia, a company dedicated to creating and supporting solutions that maximize the business value of technology investment.
