Since its ... founding by Joe Burgos in October 2000, PCD has been operating in lower Manhattan offering classes in Salsa, Belly Dancing, Tango, Samba, Bachata, Flamenco, Rueda de Casino, Zouk, East Coast Swing, Hustle, Cha Cha, Hip Hop and Reggaeton.
