She is a Boston University Econom ... ics graduate in 2006 and a Master of Finance graduate in 2019 from Harvard where she concentrated on Real Estate Investment earning a certificate with honors in that category. She has worked in Finance for the last 13 years starting as an assistant trader at the Boston Stock Exchange and now as a Senior Analyst in financial reporting. She finds that the 2 sectors, finance and real estate have a strong parallel and her Economics background was instrumental in her success both as an investor and during her tenure at Harvard in the Real Estate Investment program. My studies were designed both for those pursuing an active career in the industry as well as individuals interested in building wealth through passive real estate holdings. I learned what really drives land values, how market forces shape our city and where to look for future growth. I practiced spotting investment opportunities in the lifecycles of properties, neighborhoods, and cities. We went on to study the four phases of the 18-year cycle which shape the real estate investment landscape.
