Philharmonie Gelre has a history of 80 years and over the last twenty-five years it has developed from a company band (the Akzo Nobel Filharmonie) into a symphonic wind band with regional appearances. Philharmonie Gelre stands out with a big variety of performances: we perform around eight times a year, both in concert halls and in the open air, and often for a big audience.
