These events have proved invaluable to the college coaching community and major league baseball as they can scout a large population of talented ball players all in one location. Staff Perfect Game employs around 85 full-time people, nearly all with vast professional and/or college baseball experience. PG Staff members are located throughout the country. Well over 300 others work on a part-time basis for Perfect Game. Perfect Game has the largest scouting department in all of baseball. The PG Database is the largest of its kind anywhere in baseball.
