PSWA’S Administration of any Health and Welfare Trust Fund and any Annuity Fund and includes: • The administration of the employer contracts to setup the employers to report. • Tracking employer contributions at the employee and employer level. • Tracking delinquencies. • Enrollment and eligibility • Premium payment to carriers • Medical, dental, vision and Rx claims processing for a several PPO and EPO Plan options. • Accounts receivable, accounts payable and financials. • Work with investment managers and consultants to invest and liquidate funds. • Schedule all Board meetings and inform all the Trustees and professionals of the meeting dates and times. • Prepare meeting Agendas, minutes, and distributes to all the Trustees and professionals. • Setup for meetings either via zoom or GoToMeetings, or in person. • Work with the Trust Auditor to assist with the required filings and assist through the yearly audits. • Coordinate all the required mailings of notices and SARs to ensure timely mailing. • Review and update the Summary Plan Descriptions and coordinate mailing of the same. read more
