The business is structured to assist customers through the various project phases; Pre FEED, FEED, detail design, project management and supply. We also follow this through to post supply support with our service department, which is able to provide commissioning support as well as shut down maintenance and planning. Within our Brisbane offices we have a committed team of qualified and technically competent Engineers who can correctly select and size products to meet any of our customer’s specific needs. Aftersales support is maintained through continued contact with our customers by our Account Managers and Service Manager.
