At Owlcotes MAT, we aim for all schools in the Trust to be inclusive, high achieving schools with their own identity sharing a strong common purpose to provide an excellent education for all pupils. We aim to inspire innovation, creativity and aspiration through an enriched curriculum with a focus on improving outcomes and life chances for children in the local area. The Trust has grown in its first 2 years and now comprises of 4 primary schools, with approximately 1500 pupils. Two of these schools are sponsored academies which are undergoing rapid improvement. OMAT is an outward facing trust and has links with the Noctua Teaching School. Owlcotes' CEO is Lesley West, Headteacher of Pudsey Primrose Hill Primary School. This is an outstanding school and Lesley has a proven track record of working collaboratively with other schools as part of her role as a National Leader of Education.
