Channelling his inspiration from coffee hubs around the world, including New Zealand, Dublin and New York. Ed fell in love with the high energy, fast paced cafe culture and wanted to combine these international influences and bring them to the hospitality scene in the UK. Ed opened the first Over Under store in Earl’s Court, London in 2017 and today there are 7 stores across the city.
