Brought together from both manufacturing and offsite, our senior team has worked in companies such as Mars Inc, Barratts and Taylor Wimpey. A combined (and growing) 190 years’ experience has been gained working on projects such the £240m London Wall Place Project and delivering the first completely defect-free modules off the Corus Living line. It’s this experience that together the team has used to develop a system that is changing industry expectations of speed, quality and cost of building modules. Using light gauge steel construction, modules are built in our 6700m2 factory in Stockton-on-Tees which has a capacity for 1000 units a year. Modules are built to reduce transportation costs but without limiting the design and vision of our customers. Efficiencies are continually improved upon and because modules are built on an assembly line, they leave the factory completely defect-free. We are currently among the lowest cost modern methods of construction manufacturer in the UK. With the breadth of knowledge our team has, we’ve also able to wrap up fees in our costings that wouldn’t normally be expected to be covered by the manufacturer — meaning additional consultancy services are minimised. We also offer turnkey projects where we take the scheme from pre-design through planning to move in ready, or we can step in at any point in the RIBA process.
