The Festival will be co-hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) and the Korea Creative Content Agency (K ... OCCA), in collaboration with the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE) and the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) . The MCST and KOCCA present the “ON: Hallyu Festival” from November 16 to 23 in a bid to provide comfort and hope to fans of Korean culture around the world suffering from the COVID-19 pandemic.
