Okaloosa Gas District (the District) is a natural gas utility that constructs, operates and maintains a natural gas transmiss ... ion and distribution system located over a four county area in Northwest Florida. The District serves almost 40,000 natural gas residential and commercial customers. The District also serves Whiting Field in Santa Rosa County, and Eglin, Hurlburt, Duke, Ammo, TAC, Red Horse and the 7th Special Forces military installations in Okaloosa and Walton counties. Additionally the District sells gas to the city utilities of Milton and Gulf Breeze, and transports gas for TECO Peoples Gas in Panama City Beach.
