This is the OPNS entity that owns & manages the Multi Employer Welfare Association (MEWA) Physician Direct that provides health insurance for over 3000 doctors, their employees and families and is still growing as well as the two Assumed Names of Physician Direct Accountable Care Organization (PDACO) & Physician Direct Organized System of Care (PDOSC) who share a TPA license for services provided to BCBSM & CMS.
