What is the origin? The solution comes from all the notices that have been posted for thousands of years by people, starting in a form of drawings in caves made by early humans, through Egyptian and Mayan hieroglyphs still present on pyramids and Chinese/Japanese signs wide-spread in Far East Asia and more presently in a form of paper posters, posted on physical stone or concrete pillars which have been ubiquitous in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Poland, Russia and other European Countries since late 19th century (now mostly in Eastern Europe).
