NCHC provides a full spectrum of quality, affordable, and compassionate health care services to patients of all ages, throughout the three county region of northeastern Vermont, known as the Northeast Kingdom. NCHC encompasses five community health center, three dental centers, a walk-in primary care location, and a Medicare-certified home care and hospice division.
