NorthBay Weekends Established in 2004 NorthBay adventure camp is a $33 million facility located in the Elk Neck State Park at the head of the Chesapeake Bay. Each weekend NorthBay opens its doors to outside groups providing them the opportunity to rent our facilities. With space for over 600 visitors the NorthBay guest services team will work with each organization to ensure that their needs and goals are met.
