As well as experts in the area of surfing instruction, water safety and life saving. All together NASDA membership is a wealth of knowledge in the areas of surfing and how surfing can be utilized in treating people who are need of treatment. The goal and mission of NASDA (North American Surfing Doctors Association) is to connect like-minded health professionals across North America to allow for the promotion of: The sport of Surfing The treatment of injuries incurred as a result of the sport The advancement of Surfing Therapy; surfing as a means of treatment for physiological and psychological issues also referred to as SURFING MEDICINE Promote safety and health within the surfing community and prevention of injuries.
