With over 20 years experience in various forms of security ranging from Close Protection, and Surveillance then followed up by an Operations Manager role. Neil had the vision to realize there was a gap in the security industry for a company to offer a polite and professional service whilst breaking away from the common misconception of “gruff guards” and “bouncers”. Once the company was established NGS Security built up around highly trained, handpicked Officers displaying integrity, courtesy and proficiency. To this day all staff members including trainers are trained to the highest standard. Come September 2013, NGS Security had branched out to include Training services after moving into their new office and training centre in Dover.
