Floods are the most common natural disaster in the United States, and the costs associated with flood damage continue to rise. NJAFM is a statewide organization of over 150 members. We are also a chapter of the national Association of State Floodplain Managers (ASFPM), a respected voice in floodplain management practice and policy in the United States.
